If you receive a product with a violated bottle or jar and you can produce acceptable evidence of such violation, we will send you a replacement product of same type, value and quantity. You only have to pay for shipping and taxes if any. We strongly recommend not to consume and destroy the product if the bottle or jar is violated.
Manufacturers often change product labels without notice. If you receive a product with a label that does not match what you found on our store, do not panic. While we always verify that product formula and ingredients are kept the same despite the changed label, we cannot accept responsibility when manufacturers do make those changes.
In light of the Brazilian laws on foreign exchange and customs, we regret that we cannot refund any payments once the order is processed. We also reserve the right to review our policies from time to time and without previous warning or notice.
